Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at perfectshineshop.com. Our contractual partner is:

These terms apply exclusively to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade or profession). Deviating terms of the customer are not accepted unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

Product listings in our shop are non-binding invitations to submit an order. By placing an order you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by automated email. A binding contract is formed when we send you a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

3. Prices

All prices shown are final prices and include applicable German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Shopify Payments (credit card, debit card, and other methods shown at checkout)
• PayPal

Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We ship from our suppliers to your delivery address. Delivery within Germany typically takes 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times to other countries may vary and are shown at checkout.

We will inform you as soon as possible if a product is unavailable or if there are significant delays.

Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details are set out in our separate Right of Withdrawal notice, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Returns and Refunds

Please contact us at perfectshine.dv@gmail.com before returning any goods. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by you. Refunds are processed without undue delay after we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of return.

9. Statutory Warranty

Your statutory warranty rights under German law apply without restriction. If a product is defective, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract, depending on the circumstances. The statutory warranty period is 14 days from delivery.

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
